Bill Lewis founded Choice One Mortgage in 1995 with a simple idea: treat every borrower the way you’d want your own family treated. Three decades later, that’s still how we work.
Our office is in Old Town La Quinta, and we serve homeowners across the Coachella Valley, Ventura County, the South Bay, and the rest of California. Much of the process happens by phone and online today, but you’ll always have a real person who knows your file and returns your calls.
Because we’re a mortgage broker, not a bank, we can compare programs and pricing from many lenders, including Rocket Pro TPO and PennyMac, to find the right fit for you.

Originally from New York, Bill has worked in banking since 1984. Before founding Choice One Mortgage, he held roles at Citicorp, Barclays Bank PLC, American Management Systems, and TransAmerica. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Albany, New York. (Go Danes!)

When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find Bill cycling, golfing, or behind a camera. He’s happiest at home with family and friends, enjoying his wife Judi’s amazing cooking, a good glass of wine, and the occasional cigar.
